21ST CCLC Mandatory Training

Attention 21st CCLC grantees: The Office of Improvement and Innovation at The Ohio Department of Education has announced two new mandatory trainings for 21st CCLC grantees. These trainings are now posted and open for you to register in STARS. Register early as seating is limited at each site. Please contact Connie Sims with any questions regarding workshop registration.

21st CCLC Grant Renewal/Continuation Mandatory Training

This is a mandatory training for all 21st CCLC sub recipients currently in their 1st, 2nd, and 4th year of programming. This session will provide participants with an overview of the 21st Century Community Learning Center’s renewal/continuation expectations covering components of the grant, grant requirements, and how to align fiscal resources in order to plan a high quality out-of-school program in FY18.

21st CCLC Grant Closeout Mandatory Training

This is a mandatory training for the 21st CCLC sub recipients in their 3rd or 5th year of programming since their grant cycle will end June 30, 2016. This session will provide your fiscal and program staff with guideline for closing your grant, tracking expenditures, inventory disclosures and reporting requirements.

*PLEASE NOTE: All regional brown bags will continued as scheduled by your regional brown bag facilitator. The only brown bags that have been cancelled are the meetings that were scheduled during the summit. If there are any questions about the regional brown bags or trainings, please contact your 21st CCLC Regional Consultant.
