The Department just completed a call with the Tactile Group and US Department of Education. Due to COVID-19 related changes in federal 21APR reporting windows, the 21st CCLC office has chosen to postpone our new database demonstration to make adjustments to the system.
Programs reporting for Summer 2019 will use the federal 21APR site at https://21apr.ed.gov/ to enter their data between June 8th and June 26th, 2020. Please note that while there has been a change to the look of the site, the functionality remains the same.
Fall 2019 data submission dates are forthcoming as well as the rescheduled training and rollout of our new 21APR database housed in the Department’s compliance system. Previous registrations for the May 28th training will be deleted so attendees will need to re-register when the later date is announced.
In the meantime, please be sure your system(s) access is in place by visiting the OH|ID Portal. You must have an OH|ID in place for your OEDS Administrator to assign you the necessary roles for system(s) access.
