Dear 21st CCLC grantees and program evaluators:
As you know, the American Institutes for Research (AIR) and the Ohio Department of Education recently cancelled the 21st CCLC teacher and youth surveys (spring post administration) due to COVID-19. However, we are still collecting individual student participation data, scheduled to open Tuesday, May 26th.
AIR sent your primary 21st CCLC grant contact and program manager an email about this data collection on Friday, May 22nd. The email contains details about the individual attendee data collection and includes a link to the system with login instructions. If for some reason your grant’s primary contact did not receive that email, please check your spam folders. If you have not received the email from AIR, please reach out to their help desk at OH21stCCLC@air.org.
The deadline for individual student data reporting will be June 30th.
