Thank you to those who have reached out to us regarding your Fall 2019 21APR data entry in our compliance system. Once everyone has submitted their data, we will be reaching out to program managers for corrections of any errors we find in your data.
Some of you might have already received a message reminding you to begin your surveys. If you are experiencing account issues preventing you from logging into the system, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Roles needed for data entry – a few programs shared that they could not enter data for their sites. Please be sure you have one of the two roles assigned to you by your OEDS-R administrator for each IRN under which you need to enter data: Program Manager – 21st Century Grant or Data Entry – 21st Century (21APR). Use these step-by-step instructions for accessing applications through OH|ID account once you have those roles.

Here are common themes we’ve seen in the e-mails received in our office:
Center ID error – we identified an error for some programs in which the center ID was not auto-populated as it should be. Our developers applied a fix on the evening of October 28th – please try to submit your data again – the issue should be resolved at this time.
Please be sure you are in the compliance module, select the 21st Century Community Learning Centers program, choose the compliance 21st CCLC FY2020 program period, and The 21st Century/21APR Database survey. You must click on the 21APR survey to highlight it in green before adding your grants (default will be the compliance survey highlighted in green).
If you have any other issues with data entry, please read and review the help materials provided above first. They include the recorded 21APR training with a walkthrough of data entry, the PowerPoint from that session, frequently asked questions, and a user guide.
After you have reviewed those materials, if your issue was not addressed, please contact Tabitha Palmer. In your email, please include your IRN(s), grant number(s) for which you are experiencing the issue(s), and a screenshot showing where you are in the system so we can duplicate the problem and troubleshoot. Email your inquiry to email@example.com and she will investigate and respond to your issue in the order the (complete) inquiry was received.
If you reach the last two sections containing questions regarding outcomes assessment data and you do not have data to report, click “no” and you will be able to submit your survey(s).
Please enter your data as soon as you can. We cannot proceed with next steps in this new process until your status is “submitted fall.”
